First time at Gleam Bomonti hotel, and besides thousands of other hotels in Istanbul we chose this one for total of 8 nights stay because the reviews and location for our purpose of stay(close to metro 15 minutes walk to Sisli Metro, Memorial Sisli Hospital 25 minutes, Cevahir Mall 15 minutes). From the moment we walked in this charming corner hotel everything was smooth and seamless. Rooms are very clean and also cleaned daily with always fresh towels. Breakfast is decent and every day with little different varieties, but above most the attention to details, kindness and professionalism from the breakfast staffs: Baris(curly hair waiter), Hasan & Mehmet, very friendly with positive attitude that made every morning remarkable start of every day 😃. Lastly, “Eva Spa” after a long day of walking, sites seeing, shopping and dining in Istanbul you have to treat yourself with massage and Turkish bath. The masseuses Meli and Sunita are the best with their amazing deep tissue massage and scrubing to make you rejunivate every musle and pain in your body. Overall, Glem Bomonti Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We strongly recommended, as we looking forward to our next trip to Istanbul, we definitely be staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Barış, Hasan, and Mehmet took excellent care of the guests and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were very good, with a great variety of fresh options, the rooms were spotless, and the room service was very thorough and prompt. Their warm and professional service truly made our stay special. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend this hotel!
