Ibrahim and his staff were absolutely amazing. The Fer hotel is beautiful and so comfortable. We booked a suite and it was just perfect. The rooms are so quiet - no loud city noise or noises from surrounding rooms. The views are of the inside courtyard that is quite pretty. The breakfast are out of this world with choices of fresh fruits, local dishes and pastries, breads and salads. The location is perfect no matter where you want to go as you are perfectly located in the middle. Need a Hammam or a tour, the front desk will instantly take care of it for you. This is the best hotel we have stayed in in Istanbul.

Old Istanbul has plenty of classic and homely hotels, if that's your thing. I prefer modern hotels with fresh design, and there are very few of those there. We chose this one and didn't regret it. It's a great location within walking distance of all the sights, the reception staff speaks good English, the rooms are pleasantly designed, the hallways smell fresh, the rooms are small but comfortable, the showers have good water pressure, and the Wi-Fi is fast. What else am I forgetting? We didn't order breakfast—it's not a problem in this area—but we've heard good reviews from other guests. We thank the hotel and its staff for a wonderful visit to Istanbul.

Location was excellent just 7 mins walk to main attractions. Close to trams. Room was very comfortable although we did have an issue with a drainage smell which was a bit off putting. Staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations and arranged a pick up/drop off service which was excellent. Great spot to everything.

My 2nd time to the Fer Hotel; the location is fantastic, easy walking to all sites of old Istanbul, and easy access to #1 Tram. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff friendly and the breakfast sensational

Ibrahim completed the 5 star experience! We didn’t have a chance to try out the breakfast. Pretty sufficient for a short 4D 3N stay and easily accessible by foot to all the main attractions. Top tip there is a quaint little restaurant down the street (turn left on exit of Hotel and it is a 2 mins walk) that sells fresh rotisserie chicken and breakfast- owner is kind and friendly too. Lovely to escape the hustle and bustle of the extremely touristy streets if needed. I would stay here again.
