I lost my earring after I checked out and I called the hotel to have the maid look for it and they found it and kept it safe for a couple days after I returned to London. They get six stars!!!!

After receiving some very bad news, the staff made my year with their kindness. I was extremely lucky to be upgraded to the junior suit and Ayyaz made me feel safe and at home the entire time. Ayyaz, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and if surgeries go to plan, I will 100% be coming back to see you. God bless and thank you again
