amazing stay, our host looked after us, with a full breakfast and went the extra mile. room was amazing and amentities amazing. very clean and top class room. big bath and big shower. lovely and quiet stay.

The property is fantastic , converted stables done to a very high standard and awesome bath to have a good soak. Stunning area to relax and chill even has their own lake , and to wake up with the chickens outside your door is great.

Property was beautiful. Calm and relaxed… Hosts fabulous

Sally and her husband were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful open fields galore! The furnishings were exceptional and the attention to detail was very well thought through. If you would like a relaxing break with amazing hosts this is definitely the place to stay.

Lovely hosts, excellent breakfast each morning and we loved the location .the converted stables were decorated to a high spec and the bath room was amazing. Great value for money, would love return.

Excellent location hosts and facilities, we have had so many weekends away and this accommodation topped the lot, would strongly recommend

Sally made us feel very welcome in every possible way: she messaged early about breakfast choices, she tidied the room during our stay (which we weren't expecting) and the room was spotless and well-equipped when we arrived (including welcome Toblerone and biscuits). Breakfast was perfection, with homemade produce available - and ample of everything! Mike and Sally worked hard to make our stay as amazing as possible, for which we were very grateful.

The location of the bed and breakfast was ideal for our trip to Whitby. The bedroom was comfortable, warm and spacious with 2 comfy armchairs. The bathroom was big with a lovely roll top bath and power shower. Everything you needed and more was provided ...the usual shampoo, bubblebath and soap and extras like plasters, toothpaste and remedies for insect bites. There was cereal and fruit for breakfast with a substantial Yorkshire cooked breakfast and toast with 4 different home made preserves.

Great location and exceptional breakfast 👌

Hosts were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and always went the extra mile. Fantastic. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. Able to cater for a gluten free diet.

Everything was 5 star, very friendly location great

Everything was great. Will be back again soon.

We were welcomed to a superb stay at a superb location by our superb hosts (Sally, Holly and the chickens). Faultless throughout our visit, loved the room, loved the breakfasts, loved the tranquillity along with the proximity to places we wanted to visit. We'll be back.

Breakfast was perfect - set us up for the whole day 😄 Sally was the perfect host and gave us some good advice about places to visit. On arrival the room was chilly due to the cold weather which is not expected in June however this was soon rectified by Sally.
