Very spacious and clean

Super location, lovely property with amenities & very helpful & friendly staff made our stay wonderful.

Location is great. Lift is a plus point, because I hate carrying bags using staircase.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful which doesn't give you any problems...and leaves a good impression.

We were a family of four with a 1-year-old baby. The apartment was high standard, clean, and stylish — it was pleasant to spend time inside. Hyde Park is just a 1-minute walk away, and my parents, visiting London for the first time, absolutely loved it. Lancaster Gate Station is only a 1-minute walk, and Oxford Street is just one stop away. Bus stops are also within a minute’s walk, and it was easy to book a taxi when needed. The reception and cleaning staff were professional and very welcoming.

Its location and the size of the apartment. Gorge the receptionist was so helpful and cooperative.

The location was great — opposite Hyde Park and seconds away from Lancaster Gate tube station. This means it's so easy to find from getting the train into Kings Cross, and so easy to get around London once you're there. Also, with the apartment being a lower-ground level suite, I expected the lighting to be quite dark — this is quite the opposite. The rooms are so bright and there are so many windows in the property for light and ventilation.

Location, cleanliness and proper description on booking.com. Very comfortable and very conveninetly located steps away from the metro amd shops amd Bayswater. Walk almost anywhere within 15-20 mins. Very friendly and courteous staff extremely helpful, Highly recommended.

Very clean New facilities Safe

We absolutely loved our time at the Fountain House. The location is perfect for being close to everything but away from the busy streets. Our favorite thing about the location was being right across the street from the Italian Gardens. The apartment was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location for us was ideal, as well as the layout of the apartment. We were not there for shopping or sight seeing we were watching the cricket at Lords. Saying that walking to sights was easy, and a large variety of restaurants and cafes close by. The apartment was very well maintained and contained a great mini kitchen with all facilities.

Exceptionally good location. Step away from Hyde Park and 10 minutes walk from Oxford street. Both the reception person ( if I remember the name Mr farhad) and the manager Mr. Yousef were always there help and support. Thanks to both of them
