Everything

Fantastic historic place conveniently located middle of everything, the history and opulence in every corner.,with modern touches

Everything is absolutely Beautiful…just Everything

Absolutely beautiful hotel, located near Tower Bridge and close to the Central and District lines on the tube so all of London is accessible to you. The staff was so great, from the front desk and concierge teams to the housekeeping staff. What a gorgeous hotel, we will certainly be back. I had previously read some reviews that made it sound as if bringing a young child here might not be the best, but I can confidently say this hotel treated our 2 year old incredibly well, from all of the items they stocked in our hotel room, to the stuffed animal gifts in his crib, just an absolutely wonderful experience.

Everything. My room category was upgraded and I had a wonderful time

It can't be put into words. Everything and everyone was perfect, superb, and excellent. In fact, it went beyond all that - it is the only hotel I've been to that was beyond all expectations.

Exceptional service

Actual luxury and top service. Not shallow attempts to keep up with industry standards but widely OVER the standard for a hotel of this caliber. Plenty of small details from housekeeping that actually make you feel taken care of. I have never seen a better housekeeping service than the one here. The facilities are impressive and the rooms even more.

It was a lovely hotel! We will definitively come back.

Room & breakfast
