First time at Fox lodge and was recommended, Clean friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble from John and Sue “we will be back”

The property was beautiful and well maintained with many original features. Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was great and parking is available for residents.

John and Sue are a lovely couple. We were made to feel at home from the minute we arrived. The room was lovely and very clean with everything we needed. Sue makes a beautiful breakfast too

Jon and Sue were very welcoming and friendly, log fire just been lit as we walked in after a 7hr journey. Room was a nice size and very quiet, clean, comfy bed, lovely shower, super soft towels. Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and water all supplied. Breakfast was brilliant! Plenty of choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurts. The BEST COOKED BREAKFAST! Fried bread how it should be, eggs cooked perfectly, if fact everything cooked to perfection. Lovely and hot too. To top all that a muffin you were welcome to take with you for later. Saw lots of 10 reviews and can see why. This has got to be one of the best B&Bs. Only short walk to the seafront and town but lovely and quiet where the Lodge is.

Both Sue and John were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the full English breakfast was delicious and almost looked too good to eat, it was red hot until the last bite, there was plenty to choose from each morning if you didn't want a full cooked breakfast. Room was spacious and well equipped with everything needed, Great location, close to town

Everything about this lodge is excellent

Nice big comfortable clean room was spotless bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning lots of choice and lovely full english. Hosts were fabulous. Location great highly recommended

Nothing was too much trouble,friendly and wonderful little leaving gift ❤️ every room plus hallway very clean breakfast was outstanding for quality of choice and full English came hot and tasty would definitely recommend staying .

Immaculate throughout . Bedroom Larger than expected and spotless . Room had everything you needed and more. Fridge was a bonus . Breakfast was included and lovely selection of cereals , fruit and fried breakfast cooked to your requirements and husband said it’s the best breakfast he’s ever had in Blackpool . Hosts were very welcoming and always asked if everything was ok . Gorgeous handmade gift on breakfast table upon check out , lovely little touch Thank you so much .

The hosts Sue & Jon were very welcoming. Our room , the junior suite was simply stunning Was close to Blackpools main attraction.

The size and comfort of the room were exceptional and the breakfast was also amazing. Hosts were also top class.

We were impressed with the tidiness of the place and it’s the best B&B we have been to in Blackpool so far. The hosts John & Sue they were fantastic and looked after us and it was lovely of them both to upgrade our room because we originally booked for a small double room but on arrival they upgraded us to a large double with no extra cost which is fantastic because you rarely get people like that in this world now. John & Sue are one of the nicest people you can come across and are easy to get on with. Myself and my Fiancé would come to this B&B again in a heartbeat if we could. We will definitely be back in the future.

John and Sue made us feel very welcome. Almost like family Very cozy room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too.

An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and accompanied by a pot of fresh brewed coffee. A 5 star establishment in all senses and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend if visiting Blackpool. John & Sue went out of their way to ensure your stay was perfect in every way.
