Galata Master Hotel

Hotel is small, but rooms are very comfortable. I stayed just for one night and need to wait till the evening, so I was able just to seet on roof terrace. Location is very close to Galatea tower and bridge. I would definitely return for a longer stay

Very friendly staff. The room was clean, the location was very central in a good quarter. Nearby cafe is amazing for breakfast! Good place for a good price. Very comfortable bed and shower.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us settle in to our first time in Istanbul. The location of the property is amazing and we were walking distance to all major sites. The rooms were very clean and we have nothing negative to say.

The service was impressive. Everyone was welcoming, and Zad in particular went above and beyond. Whether helping with directions, booking transport, or just making sure we had everything we needed, she was always attentive and made us feel very well taken care of.

Good location. It was very comfortable to get to the tram and to the restaurants. Housekeeping is doing an amazing job and we liked the reception staff too.

The location was super convenient and very affordable. Right next to several fantastic restaurants and the tram if you want to explore. Galata tower is right around the corner but thankfully, the hotel is tucked away in a quieter street. The staff is super helpful and offered recommendations to restaurants and shopping!

The accomodation is great. The location was ideal for our stay in Istanbul. What makes the accomodation special is the people working there. We felt very welcomed, got amazing reccomondations for the city and even got invited to a little party on the rooftop, we enjoyed very much! Thank you!

Bed was comfortable, good location, room was cleaned very well every day! The staff were incredible. Every time I had to communicate with them prior to my stay they replied almost instantly! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and very accomidating! Our room was very very clean and comfortable glf the price we paid. The hotel was jn a fabulous location, close to many great coffee shops and cool cafes and very close to galata tower and public transport. Fabulous air-conditioner in the room, especially with it being so hot.

We only spend one night in the hotel, before leaving Istanbul. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. We arrived late in the night, around 1am and the front desk was open so we could check-in without issues. The hotel has a ferry station around 10 minute walking distance and a tram station around 5 minute walking distance. In the neighbourhood there are plenty cafés and restaurants.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and prepared very well each day. Brilliant attention to detail and comfort. The location was convenient, and it was quick to go to the places we wanted to visit.
