Helpful staff, very good location, breakfast was good.

We really liked all of the hotel amenities, staff, food, room service and cleanliness. The staff was very nice and friendly and they were very helpful. Everything was flawless and overall it was an amazing experience.

Very nice, welcoming and helpful staff, we felt like we were treated as family. Great location in the city center - we walked everywhere. Wonderful breakfast. We also got a free upgrade to a large room with a balcony. Lovers of old colonialist style would enjoy the interior - we especially liked the high ceilings. The hotel also has a nice rooftop. Just steps away from the hotel are small grocery stores with good prices. We recommend this hotel.

Affordable, walkable, friendly staff, let me leave my things for the day and use the terrace after I had checked out.

Everything was perfect at the hotel. The breakfast is open buffet with many types of breakfast. The employees are friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was large and spacious. The important thing for me was the cleanliness of the room and the cleanliness of the room was above our expectations. I am very happy to stay in this hotel. If I come to Istanbul again, I will stay in this hotel, thank you for everything.

The room is comfortable and clean, good breakfast, kind people.

While I didn’t get the room in this photo, the beds were very comfortable, very clean and nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff especially Moro. He’s a great communicator and made my friend and I feel safe and like one of the family.

Fantastic location near Metro and Grand Bazaar. Friendly staff.
