Location was great. Not too close to Taksim. The benefit was having a larger room and facilities at hotel were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The spa / hamam treatments were excellent. Security and location great. Within walking distance to taksim square. Staff were amazing. Hanifi in particular, who serviced the room.

Exceptional Service from Front Desk Staff - Special Thanks to Media After a long flight, I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay, thanks largely to the outstanding service I received from Media at the front desk during check-in. From the moment I approached the reception area, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcomed. Media was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire check-in process, handling everything smoothly while taking the time to explain the hotel amenities and answer all my questions patiently. What really stood out was her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude set a positive tone for my entire visit. It’s clear Media takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Staff members like her are what make a hotel stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and much of that recommendation is based on the excellent first impression created by Media’s professionalism and kindness.

The experience was truly incredible. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is by far the friendliest staff I have ever encountered- everyone was so kind and helpful that it's hard to put into words. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff-the cleaning lady did an amazing job! We were traveling with a 6-month-old baby, so you can imagine the mess, but every time we came back, the room looked spotless. The bathroom was also large and very clean. The outdoor pool is fantastic-very big and surrounded by a beautiful garden, making it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!
