آراء الضيوف
We stayed as married couple. Excellent staff, great location, rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is very convenient, the hotel has a big underground parking , so if you have a car you can park your car and get to your room easily , that’s a very big plus for me. I stayed in many of the hotels in that area and for the next visit to Ankara this hotel will be my first choice. By the way , the name of the hotel is Grand Mercure , not Downtown Hotel.
The hotel is located in an excellent location. A shopping center, the US Embassy and a metro station are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to meet my needs.
Noise from opp bar went on late couldn’t sleep
الموقع
The property is in an area where there are other hotels and a major shopping mall just little outside of the inner city. If the location is what you want, it is one of the best places to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very rich and diverse, the room was upgraded for me; it was very large and clean.
I loved the location
The staff is very friendly and helpfull
The location was ideal once we found it, as the hotel is listed under a different name (Mercure). It's a pleasant and comfortable place to stay in Ankara, conveniently close to shops (Armada shopping center) and the Metro station. The staff are friendly.
The room was good, location, breakfast and staff.
I like that it was clean and location is amazing. The staff friendly except for the blonde lady in reception
It’s nice and comfortable, and it’s located near a very nice mall with lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants
The location was awesome and the friendly and welcoming stuff, the room and the breakfast was brilliant
Clean and good breakfast
Everything was great especially the staff as they are polite, respectful and professional.
