The room was a good size, the location of the hotel is absolutely great, you are so central to the location and now we have found you we will definitely stay again.

Location - short walk to high kensington street tube station. Located across an active street with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, all you need as a tourist. Safe location and the hotel itself is always active and busy with airliners staff moving in and out all the time. There is also starbucks in the reception area. Family oriented hotel as well as hosts celebrations. Breakfast buffet - includes mostly known breakfast such as scrabled eggs, sauted mushrooms, turkey (great taste), beans, hashbrowns, bakes and range of hot and cold drinks. Other options suitable for kids available as well such as cereal, panckes (really good), etc. Terrace was closed due to weather. Rooms - quiet tight and small (standard twin room), however, comfortable beds and pillows, some rooms have big windows which allow sun light in as well as air circulation. Coffee and tea available. (Upgrade to bigger rooms if able). Staff - really friendly and helpful. Always there to assist during breakfast or around corridors. Receptions seems well trained and friendly. Overall clean and comfortable hotel.
