Eduardo 9.0

My stay at Holiday Inn York was really pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I want to give special thanks to Rochelle, who made a big difference during my stay. She was very polite and kind, and since a room was available, she even offered an early check-in, which was a huge help after a long and tiring trip. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping and everything well maintained. The hotel is very well located, close to the city centre, the main attractions, shops, and also within walking distance of the central train station (York Station). Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again!
