Holly Tree Lodges

Super easy check in, milk in the fridge for us which was super handy! All plastic bits in the kitchen for the kids and highchair and travel cot were there without us even asking for them! Gorgeous setting and bus less than 5 minutes walk away to get into the centre!

Needed more attention for the jacuzzi no one came to clean it once need drawers in twin room

Peaceful, clean, relaxing and 10 mins away from York city centre in an uber

Everything. They thought of the little things like tea/coffee and milk in the fridge. Perfect stay for a romantic getaway and will 100% stay again.

The lodges are beautiful. I can’t fault them at all. They are spacious, warm and comfortable, they have beautiful high ceilings that create such an open airy space. The hot tub and the sauna are absolute luxuries. The way that they all curve around the lake is so pretty makes for a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunsets. The location itself is perfect. Osbaldwick is a beautiful village and it’s a short drive into York centre.

Everything

Very clean lovely everything you need in lodge loved the decorations for Xmas xx

Loved every part of our stay!

Location was fantastic Lodge large and well equipped

Wonderful lodge with decking area overlooking a little lake. There is a privacy screen in front of the hot tub. Warm, clean, modern and comfortable lodge. Everything you need,

Loved it so close to York, great amenities, clean and quiet

Absolutely fantastic. Sauna and hot tub added bonus. Close enough to the city centre but far enough away for peace and tranquillity. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Great lodge and location.

We loved how chilling and relaxing the environment was. It was so quiet and calming, just what we needed to celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday, a very busy mum who works full time in a school, we needed a weekend without watching clocks…enjoying the hot tub and the sauna…it was perfect! There was a fun run in the area and the roads around were closed, the management very kindly allowed us to stay for the day until the roads reopened because it was out of their control, saved us having to leave very early and therefore we enjoyed the previous night without worrying about a very early start to avoid the road closures. Also, even though we took our own, it was a lovely surprise to find, tea, coffee, sugar, 2 pints of fresh milk in the fridge, washing up liquid, other cleaning materials, sponges, cloths, tea towels and loo rolls…you’d be surprised how many places I’ve stayed at and none of the above provided.

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place
