It's a very well-organized youth hostel with a charming family atmosphere. The staff is unbeatable. I was assigned a room on the first floor, so I didn't have to carry my suitcase up the stairs, but they'll definitely help if necessary. Group activities are available, and it's excellent for solo travelers. My room, mattress, and pillows were very good. I had a great time. It's a bit crowded, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. It has a living room with a sofa to share, as well as a kitchen and refrigerator, which is a great help. The location is excellent, with easy access to the hostel. I highly recommend it. (This review is on behalf of my daughter, Sofia, an 18-year-old solo traveler.) Please note that there is an age limit for this hostel, which is for youth only.

The free dinner was fabulous. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the beds were some of the comfiest hostel beds I’ve ever stayed in!

I really enjoyed my time at Onefam Notting Hill. Hector, Micheal and all the staff were super nice from the very beginning till the last second. They also organised every day some activities to meet other people and have a good time. Overall, I think it was a pretty good deal for the price and the service

The facilities were great, lockable under-bed drawers & lockers, bed curtains, clean bathrooms & kitchen. The social aspect is incredible - between family dinners (which are delicious), drinking games, nights out and activities, you’ll have the time of your life. The staff are absolutely beautiful and so friendly and helpful. I’ll be staying at OneFam hostels on every journey I can - unforgettable experience.

If I had to describe this place in one word, would be awsomeness. The staff was incredible, especially Lucy, who was really kind during all the time and ready to help in anything I needed. It’s my 2nd year in a row staying in the hostel to enjoy the Nothing Hill carnival and it’s the best place to stay. The location is great to the carnival and to do tourist activities in London. The hostel has many activities to make people interact and the staff is really friendly (Keri even remembered me and my friend from last year).
