Staffs are very friendly and full of support. Location is perfect,if you like the crowd and street food.

Lovely accomodation in the best area! It was perfectly located for us, and the staff at the property were SO lovely. Lovely furnishings and very comfortable for a week stay :) our shower didn’t drain well upon arrival and they had it fixed straight away.

The staff here are EXCEPTIONAL. I had to do some work and was having trouble finding an internet cafe, a lovely receptionist got one of their computers out of storage and set it up for me. It was so incredibly kind, meant the world to me. There is nothing that isn’t too much and they are so helpful and welcoming.

Staff was extremely nice and friendly. They would go out of their way to help me enjoy my stay.

So cute! Decor was great, and little touches acknowledging our honeymoon were so appreciated!

- The staff were very friendly and always eager to help. A special thanks to Aylin Hanım for her exceptional hospitality. - This was our second stay at the hotel. Last year, we mentioned a few issues—like the lack of a trash bin in the room and not being able to adjust the room temperature. We’re happy to see that most of these have been addressed. - The room was spotless when we arrived, and cleaning was available at any time upon request. - Amazing location

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Des Artes Galata, it’s a beautiful and charming boutique hotel steps away from The Galata Tower. The rooms have been very tastefully designed. It’s worth paying a bit extra for a room with a view of the tower. We also thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Guney restaurant which had a fab outdoor seated area. The hotel staff are all very friendly and very welcoming.

The location was brilliant. The staff were so kind and helpful, particularly the lady at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. Breakfast was excellent at a restaurant right at Galata tower. All in all we would most definitely highly recommend
