Hotel Sultania Boutique Class

The staff were very helpful in meeting us at the airport on time with taxi to hotel. Hotel manager was there at midnight to greet us and organise our day trips and even getting the bar tender to bring celebratory bubbles to our room!! Our room was luxurious with balcony. Beautiful linen made up daily for us. For breakfast with a view on the top floor there was a huge choice displayed and a menu to order from for cooked dishes. We tried the restaurant and it was very good! We also took advantage of the spa for a massage and could have used the pool. I would say by the end of our stay we felt pampered… ❤️

Everything was fanstastic. The hotel staff went high and above to make our very short stay exceptional, cater to our needs and adapt.

Fantastic staff.. awesome situation. Close to tourist attractions.. quiet street.. fantastic restaurant and food.

The property was in an ideal location, east walking distance to a number of attractions and ideally located for catching a tram if we wanted.

Room was quirky but excellent. Staff were 'all' wonderful. The Olive restaurant is fantastic for dinner and although fine for breakfast the more local walking distance options offer more of a local feel. ALL of the staff made us feel at home and NOTHING was too much trouble. I need look no further where to stay when Istanbul old town. The cafe / restaurant opposite the hotel 'New Hatay' is uber friendly and we used it a lot!

The location is excellent - very convenient for old town sights and for trams. The airport pickup service organised by the hotel is welcome, necessary and reasonably priced but the actual pickup at the airport is a bit chaotic. Rooms and breakfast good.

The Staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic. VERY helpful and kind. The rooms are lovely and quiet and the beds are SUPER comfy! The rooms are really clean and everyday water is topped up etc. The breakfast is great and plentiful although be warned it can be busy and the staff struggle to keep up with the needs of customers at times - but they try and always smile! I was even given a small cake to celebrate my birthday which was a lovely gesture! LOCATION IS PERFECT

Location was fabulous, short walk to Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar and Bosphorus river. Rooms are very quiet and beds and pillows are extremely comfortable ensuring a wonderful nights sleep! Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, always ready to help out and offer restaurant recommendations.

Selection was ok … omlette was good but needed to be ordered
