Hotel Unique

Large room with comfy bed and useful lighting. There were plenty of power sockets and a USB C. The window was large and could be fully opened though it did have a safety catch too and was double glazed with venetian blinds. Places to hang things and drawers. Large bathroom with shower. Access instructions out of hours and general response to queries was good. Hot water immediately- I had to run the cold tap for a while to get cold water

It was right across the road from the underground and bus station so easy to get about from place to place. We only seen one staff member as we were going out for the day, and she was friendly enough and polite. Liked that we could get our keys/cards even when no one was at the hotel as we were later in due to flights. The bathroom and room were quite clean, just typical wear and tear. Staff must have come in to check and clean rooms daily as they were always clean for us coming back.

I stayed twice. The hotel is right next to the metro, 15 minutes to the center. The area is safe and well-lit, and I returned even at night. To enter the room, you need to open four locks, which is safe. The staff is excellent, and they were helpful and knowledgeable.

The location is superb and have stayed many times in the past and always find that the room is immaculate; so clean, in fact the cleanest I have ever seen in London!

The room was nice and clean, with a tiny refrigerator. The location was excellent, super close to the tube. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. I'm truly grateful! It’s a basic room, but if you’re traveling and just looking for a decent place to rest your head at the end of the day, this is a good choice.

Hotel was clean had everything u need and was close to the transport systems I would highly recommend and would defo stay again
