The location was great and it was clean . Breakfast had many options however it would of been better if they offered hot food as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, at first we did not like our room , they changed and upgrade our room free of charge.

The accommodation was decent, and the staff were polite and responsive. In terms of location, it’s about a 5–7 minute walk from Osmanbey metro station.

For the three times I asked help from the staff my needs were promptly met! Location was great to suit my needs. The power of the shower was great, cleaning everyday ok, and the steam bath and breakfast also quite reasonable!

I have been to many hotels in Istanbul. This one is hands down the best!! I will definitely come again. The location is excellent, near metro station and close to everything. Staff is kind specially Abdullah. The room is very clean and smells good.
