The staff were friendly and approachable. The location is great- near to whatever you fancy. The things that me and hubby find it bad was the noise at night, we can’t sleep due to the hotel’s pub and bar nearby. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

The room is a bit small but was perfect for the one night we stayed in Istanbul. Breakfast outside was quite nice too. Great location. As soon as you step out you are right in the middle of the city.

LOCATION WAS GOOD , STAFF WAS EXCELLENT SPECIALLY Mr. CEBRAIL DELICE AT THE RECEPTION. HE IS A GEM OF A PERSON. THE HOTEL HAS NO DIRECT APPROCH FOR TAXIS & THEY ARE PARKED ABOUT 150M AWAY FROM HOTEL ENTRENCE, CEBRAIL WAS VERY KIND TO COME & HELP US UNLOAD THE BAGS FROM THE TAXI AND CARRY IT TO OUR ROOMS , HE ALSO GAVE US EARLY CHECK IN AS WE HAD AN ALL NIGHT FLIGHT FROM LONDON & REACHED HOTEL AROUND 9AM. HE CARRIED OUR BAGS TO THE TAXI WHEN WE CHECKED OUT & WE DID HAVE SOME HEAVY BAGS AS WE WERE RETURNING FROM A MONTH LONG TRIP OF UK & STAYED IN ISTANBUL FOR 2 DAYS. HE BOOKED A WONDERFUL CRUISE FOR US WHICH WE REALLY ENJOYED & ALSO BOOKED THE RETURN TAXI TO AIPORT, IF THIS HOTEL DESERVES 5* THAN 2 OF THESE FIVE WILL GO TO CEBRAIL.

The room was everything one needed! Modernly decorated, clean comfy and central to many great attraction. Getting around was very easy especially thanks to Cabriel. Cabriel welcomed us and was so helpful, efficient, friendly and hospitable. He gave us good guidance of where to go and how to get there. There are many great restaurants and shops on your door step. It really is a great place to stay!

I liked my stay so much, the stuff were friendly the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable,th lightening for me was a little bit dim but overall I'll definitely come again
