Lancaster Hall Hotel

The location is perfect. The breakfast is good. The room is clean The staff is very kind.

The location was 10/10 — just a short walk from the Central Line and Paddington Station, making it super convenient for getting around London or travelling outside the city. The staff were really sweet and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. Highly recommend!

The breakfast now includes a selection of warm food as well as the Continental selection. The professional woman who checked us in and allowed us to enter room a little earlier to leave our bags. Kate from the Ukraine was charming and most helpful and showed us how to use Google Maps.

Great location, just down the street from Paddington train and underground station. Super friendly staff, clean.

Easy check in and nice room. The hotel was clean and spacious and well looked after and well worth the cost

The hotel is pretty well situated, close to the 2 Tube stations, restaurants & cafés and shops. In the room, you have almost everything you would need, such as a kettle, iron and hair dryer.

Breakfast was very good, though I would have liked a greater selection of fresh and/ or tinned fruit- there was very limited choice. Location good for our concert at the Albert Hall; we were able to walk when it was light but took a cab back for safety reasons. The beds were extremely comfortable, something I mentioned when we checked out.

Cynthia offered a very warm welcome upon our arrival at Reception and engaged in light banter whilst efficiently getting us checked-in The room was perfectly functional and, above all else, spotlessly clean with crisp bedding and plenty of towels. This is a realistically priced, wholesome hotel in a great location... the hotel and staff were way above their price-point.

Very clean and good location close to paddington station

The location is very close to the metro. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The room was big for London. There is a luggage room, so we could leave our bags and go out easily.

Location wise it's in a great spot for me. Comfortable room.

Ideal location for purpose of trip. Helpful and polite reception staff. Clean and tidy. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
