My recent stay at Le Safran Suite Hotel was made truly unforgettable by the exceptional hospitality of the manager, Mr. Wailed. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Wailed ensured that every detail of my visit was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests go far beyond standard service. He is a true asset to the hotel, and his dedication creates a wonderfully warm and welcoming atmosphere. While the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, it was Mr. Wailed's personal touch that made my experience in Istanbul so special. I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend Le Safran Suite Hotel without any reservation, and a large part of that recommendation is due to the excellent service provided by Mr. Wailed.

The hotel is in a great location and has a historic ambience. The rooms are big and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 😀. They serve fantastic Turkish breakfast and coffee.

The stay was very convenient. not too close but not too far from public transport. If you want to avoid walking uphill when returning to the hotel, get off at Sultanahmet Station, and it’s a downhill walk to the hotel. When heading out from the hotel, you can simply walk downhill to the nearby Gulhane Station. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. I accidentally left my bag at the hotel and only realized it after returning to Malaysia. Thankfully, the hotel staff contacted me. I requested their help to send the bag to another hotel where my friend was staying in Istanbul. Mr. Osman, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful.He personally delivered the bag without asking for any payment, even when I offered. Overall, the staff here are honest, trustworthy, and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with sincere service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, gave some tips on where to go and answered any questions I had about anything. Yemen (I hope I wrote his name correctly) was of exceptional help and we had some great conversations with him! The breakfast was great, lovely selection of local cheeses, meats. They had lovely olives and sweets too!

Three minutes walk to Hagia Sophia (very easy for morning prayer) and also Gulhane Park (very beautiful jogging place across the park to the waterfront). Very close to other main attractions (Topkapi, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc etc). Laundry nearby.

The breakfast was nice. The lady that manages the breakfast was very friendly even with language barriers, she was very chatty and sweet. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location was perfect.

Everything. The location was wonderful. The rooms were clean, pretty and confortable. The breakfast (not included, but we paid separately) was delicious, and the woman serving the breakfast super nice and friendly. They also helped with the transfers to and from the airport.
