Very friendly and caring stuff, got a late night hot tea upon arrival and had a very quiet a lovely rest before and after Conference. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty! Hotel is located on a very quiet street and has a spectacular view!

Great little hotel great staff,happy to help with anything.needs a few repairs doing throughout hotel but nothing that was an issue for us,great location tram just a few minutes walk, downside was the steps to the hotel OMG if you aren't very good on your feet I'd look somewere else.breakfast was great hot tea and coffee with a great cold selection of meats cheeses bread fruit.thanks again for a great stay

The reception Kubran and Yashim were super helpful with all transport info and very knowledgeable about the city. The train ride was easy and wonderful. The room was exceptional and the entire decor was stylish. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was tip top condition in cleanliness. Please take the offer for airport transfer!!

Staff were terrific especially Halil and Babek . Our view from our Penthouse balcony was worth a million dollars. Staff carried our luggage up the 165 steps thank goodness. Close to trams. Reception arranged our transfers, tour and take away pizzas. Recommend this family owned hotel especially for Penthouse Balcony View.

The staff at the hotel are so lovely, they couldn’t be more helpful. We thought the location was perfect for exploring different areas of the city, and enjoyed the terrace area around the pool at breakfast and in the afternoon. There are lots of nice touches beyond that we’d expect usually, such as fridge in the room was refilled with water, and lots of useful toiletries and other bits in the bathroom.

We stayed in penthouse which was fabulous. View worth a million dollars. Very attractive with huge balcony and spa.

A little gem ! Perfect location. Standard and quality of the hotel fittings and bedrooms were of an exceptionally high level throughout. Breakfast choices were vast and eating out on the terrace added to the relaxed atmosphere. Staff throughout couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend!
