Fantastic location, very comfortable, well appointed has everything you need- we checked into the basement room and were given an upgrade to the 3rd floor

Nik 10.0

This hotel exceeded my expectations with their above and beyond customer service, their amazing hospitality and the value I received during my stay. The entire experience was absolutely incredible! Bahar, who’s a day time manager made everything possible to make sure I had a great stay! She was always on top of everything and I didn’t even need to find her and ask for anything. Onur - the night manager helped me out with a small issue I had during my stay. They are some really awesome people! I received a free upgrade to a larger room and I didn’t even have to ask for it. This is the hospitality I’m talking about. My room was large with a king size bed. The bedding was white and clean. The mattress and pillows were awesome. Extra towels and bottled water were in my room. A true 5 star hospitality.

When we arrived at the accommodation, the room didn’t quite meet our expectations as it was too small. I spoke to the manager and explained that we were dissatisfied and asked if she could help us find another option. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating — she moved us to an apartment that was not only much larger but also even closer to Galata Tower. I really want to highlight how wonderful she was: genuinely passionate about her job, eager to make sure we were happy, and committed to making us feel as comfortable as possible. She answered all our questions, shared great tips and tricks for getting around the city, and was always just a text away whenever we needed anything. I honestly can’t recommend booking her accommodations enough — thanks to her, we felt so welcomed and cared for, which made our trip truly memorable, despite the small hiccup at the start. She was truly super kind and I will definitely reach out to her again for an accommodation if I am back in Istanbul. The location was absolutely perfect, could not imagine anything more ideal — just a 3-minute walk from Galata Tower, nestled in the beautiful Pera district, surrounded by charming cafés and adorable little shops.

I spent one night in this apartment house. The room was quite tiny and it looked a bit better in the pictures than in reality, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. The room was very clean, equipped with all the tiny shampoo bottled you would normally expect from the hotel and it also was quiet in this place during the night. The staff was also very friendly and upgraded my room for free. The place is also very close to Sishane metro station that is very convenient! Have a pleasant stay here dear aftercomers :)

Good location, clean , good value, and good staff communications. Recommend for short stay and budget friendly. Hotel staff use Whatsapp and replied very promptly and helpful.

Nikola 9.0

Very central location, we never used the metro, because you can reach the "highlights" of Istanbul within 20-40 minutes of walking time. The bars and restaurants in the surroundings are quite neat aswell. Bookcafe, Que Tal Bar, NaN Şişhane are strong recommendations for going out to eat/drink, as they have very OK prices and nice staff. Thanks to Bahar and Akram, really kind people, who made the stay at the Hotel as nice as possible. If I come back to Istanbul, this is definitely going to be the place I'll stay next time.
