Everything was so good

The overall service has been excellent! The breakfast manager and his team have been outstanding, and the front desk staff have always been very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, currency exchange offices, and grocery shops nearby. The bathroom could benefit from some refurbishment, but overall, thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I loved it again! The staff, from the reception ( the manager Ms Hilal was very helpful and supportive I hope I am correct with her name), the manto the cleaners, are all extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, and the view from the breakfast room is wonderful. The team serving breakfast are also very kind and attentive. The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to Taksim Square. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Room was very cozy and comfortable and clean , cleaning lady was beyond perfect , the hotel is very close to istklal street so thats a bonus and the most important thing is the hospitality of all of the staff in this hotel it was just great specially the beautiful lady named hilal in reception .

Near the metro, in a central area. Big room, huge bed, very comfortable. The staff very friendly.

We had a sea-view room. The view was amazing. No noise, but you could only hear the noise of ships. (they didn't bother us). We had our room cleaned everyday. On arrival there was a big dish of fruits in the room and a letter from the hotel manager welcoming us to the hotel. All the staff were nice and polite. Hilal at the reception was super helpful. She helped us on what public transport to use on a few occasions. And all her advice was accurate. The hotel was so close to all amenities and the public transport. The breakfast was great. Great size beds and super comfy. Definitely recommend it to friends and family.

All of the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Hilal. The rooms were clean and quiet, and breakfast was lovely.
