The location was perfect

The staff was always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The location was excellent for getting around the city; several tube stations within a few minutes walk. The apartment was excellent including the bed and all furnishings within. Apartment is cleaned once a week and fresh towels provided. The facility feels very safe; you are provided with a fob to get in front door, and of course the room was keyed. We slept with the windows open, but the city noise didn't bother us (we live in the country at home). One thing we noticed was that we never heard noise from adjacent rooms or the hallway, so obviously the construction is high quality.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The reception and communication was also very good. The beds were very comfortable, even the bed settee. Plenty of hot water and a bath with a shower over.

Great location, brilliant buzz in the city in the week and then quiet at the weekend. Well equipped apartment, some say dated but fine for what you need, and the price! Close to Sainsbury's to buy essentials for a longer stay!
