Clean, nice breakfast. Lots of space

The room was well equipped, including coffee machine, ironing set and plenty of space in the cupboards. The view was stunning and the bed, very comfy. Location is obviously great, less than 10’ on foot to the Big Ben. There is a supermarket next door, very useful to grab some food for a quick breakfast. The staff was really friendly.

The property is in a great location; walking distance to many major attractions and Waterloo tube station. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were fortunate to be given an upgrade. The female staff member who checked us in was very friendly and offered great suggestions for pubs, supermarkets and coffee.

Perfect location for easy access to a conference we were attending but also popular with tourists as its close to the busiest tourist area. Easy access to public transport for getting around the city. Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with kitchenette.

It’s comfortable and acts as a home away from home

It’s a good location for central London sites. The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful with all of our requests for everything from directions to taxis. Excellent customer service.

The location is great, convenient store right next to it and several restaurants and shop, you can visit London eye easily and some other attractions also, there was a receptionist mostly French really great and kind.
