Easy to locate from the motorway and the host phil was great,VERY comfortable king-size bed everything you need in the room for a great stay. Would definitely recommend this guest house and stay here again.

the room was wonderful for sleeping because it is very quiet and dark. The shower and bathing area work great. The TV, morning coffee tray, desk area, front windows, all worked great.

The guest house was easy to find and the instructions left by the host were clear and concise. The property itself is quite lovely. Nicely decorated. The double room was very spacious and had a very large comfortable bed. The room was clean. Tea and coffee-making facilities are available. A bottle of water is provided for each guest. Safe is also available. I did not use the shower so I cannot comment but the bath was as expected. The street is also very quiet and I didn't hear anything from the neighboring guests.

Convenient location close to the motorway exit and the underground, with free parking on site. The area was quiet, the property was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
