Brother oykan(the owner) was very hospitable. My room was upgraded for no charge. I was given a room with a beautiful terrace. I arrived early in the morning before normal check in time but the room was ready and I was given complimentary breakfast even though it was not included for that morning. The front desk receptionist was also very nice and friendly . Brother Oykan was always available to answer questions . And also the hotel offers tours in trabzon for very affordable prices.

The whole team is perfect. Mr. Oykan is extremely friendly and professional. Ms. Kifsal is always smiling. The location is PERFECT near from everything at the Meydan, so all you need is in walking distance.
