Wonderful hotel with lovely design and great atmosphere . All small details were taken into consideration and the it is very pleasant and cozy. Big thank you to Saq from the reception for his lovely welcoming and help.

Checked in with Charlie who was very polite, courteous and spoke so well, He informed us that we had been upgraded to the Rocks suite, this was very nice as it was my wife’s birthday, the suite was amazing. Ask for anything and it was at your room in 5 minutes. On checking out with Saq, who was very polite, warm and friendly, and made sure everything was okay. ( the suite was fit for a king, he’ll know what I mean) Left are luggage with the hotel, so we still had the day in London, when we returned Saq was there to greet us by name, had a little chat, he arranged for a taxi and even made us a drink while we waited. Every member of staff we met was a credit to the hotel. We will be returning to middle eight next year, our fortieth anniversary
