Central location , close to tube and bus stations. Located in a lively area with lots of restaurants bakeries and supermarkets. Rooms were spacious, hotel had a number of lifts to serve clients and staff were helpful and the coffee corner in the room was daily replenished Lobby had Halloween decoration which pleased the children and grown ups as well.

Deluxe Family Room was ok for a short stay and suitable for a family of 3. Probably a little too crowded for a family of 4 and above with more than 2 suit cases. Daily housekeeping was good to request for. The floor has a water dispenser. Location is the best as Gloucester Road Underground Tube Station is less than a minute walk and is also a bus stop for the big bus and other bus tour operators. Opposite the station, there are fast foods like Burger King, KFC, Chipotle, Wing Stop and around the area within walking distance there are Restaurants like Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese, an English Bar, etc., and also a Tesco if you need urgent daily essentials. Hotel looked nice and clean and good ambience. The Front Desk Staff and Concierge Desk Staff were very kind and helpful for all information and during check-in and check out. The hotel has an Uber calling kiosk machine in case you do not have access from your phone. Lobby has umbrella dispenser and one is 2gbp for 48hrs.

Booked a Club Double Room and was fully satisfied with its size. The breakfast was excellent, and the pizza at the hotel lobby bar was very good too. The hotel is effectively just across the street from the Gloucester Road tube station, with excellent connections to the West End, Heathrow etc. The area around the hotel is very nice with a good choice of restaurants and pubs, so when we didn't feel like venturing far in the evening we stayed local and enjoyed it.

Superbly attentive staff during a one night business related stay on 23-24 October at this well managed hotel. Mohammed at reception gave me a warm welcome when I arrived in the evening, and when later I had a minor problem with the bath, two maintenance men were sent to assist me; the night manager (didn't get his name) called to ensure it was resolved and that I was content. Though unable to sample the Millennium breakfast before going to my morning meeting, will do so the next time I stay.
