Great welcome and brilliant place to stay, all attractions very close to Hotel. Staff were great and helped out when we had a problem with the room extractor fan. the hotel was very clean and tidy and I must say that I was impressed with all the staff with in the hotel. We would stay here again for sure.

Really good staff, exceptionally clean, breakfast was great. Superb location. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel is in an excellent location. So close to everything. Airport bus 1 minutes walk. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is Continental style and had plenty of choices. Bar area had lots of seating and was very cosy in the evenings.

The location is very good near the Waverley Train Station. The room is comfort but don't have twin bed.

The hotel was stylish, comfortable, warm, friendly and clean in a perfect location. Staff were nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new, very clean, modern and very well lit.

Room was great. Staff was great. Location was fantastic. Walking distance from train station. Had a fantastic lobby bar/lounge Was quite the adventurous trek to our room...elevator to 5th floor then down long halls and through a glass connector to next building to another elevator down 2 floors to 3rd floor. Fun! The window in our room looked out onto a close, so we kept curtains shut as people were climbing those stairs all the time. Added to the adventure-haha

The city's beauty, the location of the city center hotels, close to tourist sites, all shopping options nearby, suitable for families. I thank the reception staff; they are excellent, attentive to guests, and quick in processing paperwork. Worth a visit again. Victoria Street is nearby, Princes Street is nearby. A wonderful location. Best wishes to all.

Great location. Friendly staff.

Great location, big and useful rooms. Cleaning is great.

On the "border" between Old Town and New Town was great. Easy walk from the airport bus drop off. The bed and pillows were much like my own, so I was comfortable.

Close to Royal Mile and the city

Lovely
