Marvellous and helpful staff.

Absolutely everything. In fact my new favourite place to stay in London.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, facilities are decent, location is great, but important to note this is not a hotel - it is an apartment hotel., meaning no daily cleaning, etc.

What a delightful surprise! A modern and stylish apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in was incredibly friendly. We stayed as a family and had a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms. Everything was brand new, fresh, and spotless.

What a fabulous gem! Stylish, right next door to the Globe, Burrough Markets, the Tate and nearby National Theatre. Such a sleek and stylish environment, room was huge. But also a 'home away from home' made so by the Hamzah and the fabulous staff - they couldn't do more for us! I love the recommendations for unique and off the map events and places. Truly, won't stay anywhere else from now on!

Location, unique, apartment to be independent. Friendly and obliging staff. Even was a film set for a couple of days!

The location was superb for sightseeing London Icons by just walking along the Thames from Native Bankside. Ferry terminal at the doorstep, hop on hop off bus stop nearby, also close to various Tube stations, the Borough market restaurants & pubs. The staff were wonderful, facilitating a very early check-in which was much appreciated after a full day flight and very helpful with information. Facilities were everything we needed for comfort with addition of cooking facilities and a washer/dryer. The property is a warehouse reno so no views except the lanes and building next door but the convenience of the location made up for this.

Great location! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was calm, so we had an excellent sleep.

Super helpful and friendly staff, especially Hamzah and Mohammed on reception. The location is great, I love being able to walk along the river and to visit Borough Market for great food. Comfortable beds and really well designed apartments.
