The aparthotel is secure with entry to both the complex, elevator and room with a code. It is between Paddington Station & Hyde Park so we had easy access (walking distance) to trains/buses which enabled us to get around London quite easily. There were also restaurant and takeaway options within walking distance. Staff were courteous and quick to respond to any requests. The apartment was clean and roomy enough for 2 people with a sofa and small dining set in the kitchen/Living area. We had everything we would need to prepare some basic meals, but we mostly only prepared breakfast in our apartment.

Our accomodation was clean, spacious, and very central to all our activities. Beds were comfortable and we had washing and drying facilities available. The staff were helpful 24/7.

It had the facilities to accommodate self catering & had a washing machine which was very welcome. The location of the property was very good, within 5 minutes walk to either Paddington or Lancaster Gate tube station.

The staff were helpful, it was very close to Paddington station and therefore close to transport. The apartment is an odd shape and not really large but that is pretty normal for London.

Excellent location very near Paddington station, well-furnished and enough space for my small family of 3. Early check-in process saves time, with door and room passcodes provided before arrival. Would not hesitate to stay here again, good value for the location.

Spacious for London. Convenient inclusions. Location better than expected. Front desk lady was great - despite being busy dealing with multiple challenges. Was very helpful and responsive when we requested a room change to park view and better floor plan.
