All the staff people ( receptionists, staff in a breakfast restaurant, ladies in spa, cleaning ladies and drivers, all were great and always supportive ) were very nice and very helpful. Pool, spa and breakfasts were excellent, also shuttle to Taksim square was great.

Heran 9.0

Very clean, spa facilities are great and not busy when we were there. Staff are polite and very responsive. Wouldn’t have enjoyed the stay if it wasn’t for the 24/7 shuttle service.

My stay at this hotel was excellent as always — this is my sixth time staying here! The service is top-notch and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great. They also offer free shuttle service to several areas, which is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and great service.

Location was ideal for tourist but do mind the steep hills, staff were attentive and they dropped us off to taksim square when checked out.

Very nice rooms, bathroom, and overall decor Very clean hotel. Good guest policy which ensures safety during residency. Very nice free shuttle service to and from Taksim, Osmanbey, and Nişantaşi. It is on main street so taking a taxi is easy. There’s a supermarket and borek restaurant near the hotel. Very nice and welcoming staff in the reception. Very good AC. We had a problem in the AC in the first day but they fixed it in couple of minutes. Overall it’s a very nice hotel, the services are all 5 stars. I would come back and I do recommend it for you.
