The location is amazing. The facilities are good, clean and neat. The flat we stayed in had everything we needed. However, the heating was turning on only at night and for a short period of time, so it was a bit cold. The towel dryer in the bathroom was not working either, and hence the bathroom was freezing. We asked the porter to send someone to fix the towel dryer, but nothing changed, it was not working. Aside from that, the stay was good.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Chelsea. It’s a quiet, beautiful area, and perfect for exploring London. The building itself is charming and full of character. It's around a hundred years old and has an interesting history. I enjoyed reading about it and its former residents on the posters. The apartment was small, but perfect for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out and about. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it had everything you might need, including a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen. The staff were also wonderful: very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Overall, I really liked everything about this place. I’d happily stay here again, even for a longer visit.

Great apartment in a lovely part of the city. Close to shops and services for everything you need. Plenty of room for a family of four with the kids on the pull-out sofa.

The room was really big and it was great having a full kitchen and washing machine! The bed was also really comfortable. Location was perfect, and everything was clean.

Very comfy bed, location was great, right b/w Sloane Sq and West Kensignton tube stations, across from small grocery store open late.

Location was great, in between South Ken and Sloane Square tube stops. Apartment was a great size for two people, loved having a kitchen and a living area as well as the bedroom. Great fluffy big towels in the bathroom! Customer service was prompt when required for additional amenities. Local supermarket across the road and short walk to Kings Road. Chelsea is lovely and central.
