The staff were exceptionally calm and efficient while being very welcoming. I arrived in Edinburgh quite a bit before the check-in time, but they stored my luggage without issue and moved it to my room when it was ready. The facilities all seemed lovely, though due to my early departure for a tour, and early retirement from jet lag, I didn't experience all of them. Extremely easy walking distance from the tram, just around the corner! Very Happy with how well stocked the room was with tea and snacks. Bed was super comfy and easy to rest in.

Clean, warm, bedroom was stunning. Bed was really comfortable and room was quiet. Upgrade to Georgian Suite was well worth the cost. Breakfast was fantastic.

Welcomed warmly by staff who all were friendly. The hotel is beautiful. I was in a room on the top floor with a four poster bed that was very comfortable. The room and hotel were spotless. The bathrooms facilities are also spotless. I had such a good stay, and felt looked after and relaxed the entire time, thank you so much!

In room facilities were very good. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Convenient for Edinburgh Playhouse but in a quiet location.

Breakfast was fab and we also ate dinner which was superb.
