Location, cleanliness and amenities. Communication was exceptional.

Fantastic location. Seconds from Regent Street but so quiet on a side street. Minutes from Oxford Street underground and less than 10 mins walk from Bond Street so really well connected. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Good places for breakfast on the same street.

Excellent very central location. We were met at the front door by the receptionist asking if he could help with our bags. Smooth check in process. Apartment had lots of wardrobe space. Good shower in bathroom, had both hand held and waterfall over the bath. Very useful to have both normal and soya milk provided in the fridge.

Lovely spacious flat in a fantastic location just off Regent Street. The bath towels were thick, and luxurious. Bath robes were also provided which was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Location was super central to most of the facilities we went for. Close to shops, Leicester Square, Covent Garden and a few tube stations. Two bedrooms, towels, wash facilities tea and coffee provided. It was really warm so air conditioning was great.
