Beautiful, well appointed room, inviting common areas including an honor bar, good food, lovely garden and friendly staff. Great location, 3 minute walk to South Kensington tube station, near museums and lots of restaurants in walking distance.

It’s quaint, cozy and elegant. Loved how calm and cozy it is. The staff are great and friendly, the amenities are perfect with personal touches. The room is perfectly clean and taken care of. If you’re looking for a quiet and quaint place this is the place to go. The South Kensington station is so close, and there are plenty of shops around the corner. The breakfast was amazing too.

Extra bed was very uncomfortable

The decor was beautiful and very unique. The location in Kensington was terrific, very near a tube station and a short walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Stylish and efficient. Splendid Reception staff and service, very helpful and permitted drop off of luggage in the morning. Exciting and inspiring decor.
