So grateful to the lovely staff - especially Rahim for checking me in two hours in early and the kind, warm welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for modern, great staff and value for money

The team were exceptional, the rooms were very modern and clean, and the stay was lovely. The only downside is that there are limited parking bays, so there could be issues if you arrive late. Parking is £18 for 24 hours.

Best hotel to stay at. Mo upgraded my room which made my stay 10x better, and he was very accommodating and very kind. Nina also made our stay the best it could be, her bubbly personality made everything just right. would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

It was very clean, loved it. Very close to the station. Nina was such a great front desk staff, she always had a nice smile, she helped with me a lot of things. All thanks to Nina I could enjoy my stay with my Partner

Simone 9.0

Great stay! The room is great, very clean and comfy. Although it's right on the North Circular, you don't hear anything. Amazing blackout curtains, so we had an amazing sleep. Location is great with parking and right across the road from Park Royal Station. And the staff were sooo lovely and accommodating.

Ace 10.0

The room sizes are very ideal with modern amenities

Julia 10.0

Nina, the manager, was exceptionally kind and supportive, truly one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met in a hotel. She consistently went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate dinner there which was nice and good value. Location was excellent. Picadilly line tube stop is 1 minute walk from the hotel (just across the road). Very handy to and from the airport. Then there is a Central line station only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. So plenty of options to access different parts of central London. Overall I would recommend this hotel for visiting London
