It is a nice hotel. It has a great location and it is very clean. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

Good value Excellent location for my needs

Serkar and Serdat were extremely polite and kind in their relationship and service towards guests. I really appreciate their willingness to help in every question. I’ll come for sure in this hotel.

The facilities could be better

Şener was so kind and he helped me everything I need. I received also an update room free of charge. Good breakfast and good position to arrive to the city center and also to cross the bosphorus

The staff, especially Serkan, was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Location to amenities.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Receptionists were also very helpful. Mr Sener was polite and professional, he made sure everything was smooth. I was also given a room upgrade free of charge.

very near the metro station， M11 directly to airport , and all kinds of restaurants nearby, the reception service- Sener very good man,

quite clean room with a big balcony. the staff was really nice. they even packed some sandwiches for us, 'cause we checked out early in the morning.

A good place to stay with Sener being very helpful and hospitable while staying there.

It is a very clean place in a very quiet area, perfect for resting, relaxing and even for a longer connection flight, as it is not so far from the underground station coming from Istanbul airport (the big one, European side). Warmly recommend it and i will book it again when visiting Istanbul.
