Fabulous location, fantastic room with everything you could need. Lovely staff really accommodating with great breakfast

Beautiful location and room with a very tasty and well cooked breakfast. We were so comfortable and felt well rested when we continued our journey.

Everything about our stay was perfect in our opinion. From the huge and well equipped room with comfy beds, to the lovely and friendly family who run it, the many animals you can see from your window and get up close to. And the dogs, they were the icing on the cake, we were in our absolute element. The breakfasts were a great start to the day and very tasty, also giving a chance to speak to the owners and other visitors in the dining room which was lovely. This place was exactly what we were looking for and only exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely be back and next time I will be booking up for one of the Clydesdale experiences.

Breakfast was very good

Such a calm place, attention to detail and friendly hosts. Breakfast was great and room was spacious.

A warm welcome from Annette. A wonderful homely atmosphere with panoramic scenic views from the bedroom & the surrounding land. There were different farm animals to watch. The family dogs were friendly & seen roaming outside. The host & her family were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble to be kind & helpful. A lovely, comfortable, clean & spacious room. Freshly cooked to your taste a delicious breakfast with variety of choices. Good conversations between the host & guests at breakfast. Great for easy access into Edinburgh, a truly Scotland's gem, a highly recommended B & B. Await, the next stay!

There's nothing to dislike in this place. Everything is excellent. My kids loved the atmosphere. Especially the Animals. Such a wonderful place to spend your holiday.1000 out of 100.❤️❤️❤️

Peggyslea was a beautiful, peaceful place and I wish we could have had more time there. The rooms were large and clean and we were very rested after a good night's sleep. We woke up and had a hearty home cooked breakfast which offered many choices and chatted with very friendly hosts as well as other guests. It really was delightful and I hope we can go back some day.

The property & hosts are faultless. Friendly, helpful and the farm animals are entertaining and you’re able to get as involved as you want.

Location and animals in local area. Building was very warm, modern and comfortable. Room was huge, clean and well maintained. It was very helpful to have use of the shared kitchen and information about local restaurants/take aways
