Location is perfect, near metro, neibourhood is calm and safe. Rooms quite small, but it is enough for sleeping. Breakfast were traditional: eggs, bacon, sausages.

Convenient for tube stations, buses and walking in Hyde Park. Good to have a fridge in the room. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good considering the price - nothing fancy but more than adequate.

We were very pleased with our first floor rooms -- which had big windows looking out on the garden. The location was quite convenient to the London Underground (6-7 minutes' walk from the Central Line), and there were many restaurants nearby.
