Perfect for an overnight or short stay. Had all the essentials, the room was clean and warm, the bed was comfy, and I got a good night sleep. The location is great, and the hotel is beautiful. Located close to train stations, with an M&S on the corner and great restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were friendly. Could store my luggage with them, which was helpful.

The room was of a standard central London single room size (as booked), but clean and comfortable. There was a work table (which is not so common in London hotels single rooms) and a modern ensuite bathroom. The check-in was easy and the hotel's communal areas looked nice. Good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Nice cozy room with a clean bathroom. Tea/coffee available in the room. Ideal for solo travelers who need a comfortable place for the night. Decent breakfast included. Baggage storage area available. Good value for money.

Overall it was very nice stay. Staff is very kind, could check in on my arrival at 12:00, very nice breakfast. Lobby is big and comfortable.

Great location, and great price. really nice rooms, just sufficient for a one person room. The bed was comfy and even though it was a small room it was well organised and didn't feel too small

Location was great. Staff cleaned our room everyday. Breakfast had great variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kettle with coffee and tea were highly appreciated.

Phoenix Hotel is in a wonderful position to explore London - midway between Bayswater (Circle line) and Queensway (Central line). Walking distance from Kensington Gardens, which become Hyde Park after the bridge. Clos to shops and restaurants. My friend and I booked two single rooms and they were clean, comfortable and had everything necessary. The staff were generally very supporting and kind, except from a lady at breakfast, to whom I asked if they had bananas and she replied kind of rudely. Overall, I would be pleased to go back when in London.
