آراء الضيوف

Patteet 9.0

Lovely staff, reception was always open, arrival late at night (after a musical for example) was no problem. Rooms were as hoped: cosy and pittoresque. Included everything necessary (well-equiped bathroom, free tea!, hairdryer, small fridge, lovely beds, ...) Location is great: super close to underground Paddington Station, nice restaurants and pubs nearby, beautiful building

We stayed in the smallest room, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Communication was smooth throughout, and they were very flexible with check-in and any requests. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Paddington station, and the breakfast was a lovely bonus each morning. There’s a flight of stairs, but the staff are happy to help with luggage if needed. Gave us a bit of a workout, too! 😀 A great stay overall!
