Premium Cappadocia Hotel

Lovely place, huge room, very comfy bed and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was on two floors, the private terrace was upstairs. Room was very light due to many windows. Tea, coffee, kettle and a fridge were available. Breakfast was ok. 5 minutes walk to Groeme centre.

Having a jacuzzi in the room was really convenient

Large room with spa. Breakfast good without being brilliant. Staff helpful, shoutout to Nusret at front desk. Fantastic hotel close to everything. Hot air balloons pass right overhead for great viewing

"I recently stayed at Premium Cappadocia house.. and had an incredible experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Burak, Melisa Hakan, the lady at the breakfast restaurant everyone was polite and helpful. The Managers helped us book excellent pickup and drop vans . They also booked all activities for us like Atv and ballon flights with the rates much cheaper than the market. Next morning we could view the ballon flights right over us in the morning. The breakfast spread was good, with lots of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. Can't wait to come back!"

Premium is close to every important point of the city, clean, big and warm rooms and friendly workers. Special mention to recepcionist Melissa whose friendliness and good vibes brightened my down times waiting for transport and her tips about the city helped me make the most of my stay here

Rooms were very big, view of the hot air balloons and good breakfast. Also they had parking and location was very near to the centre markets.

It is a beautiful hotel with views of the hot-air baloons in the morning. Also, Hakan from the restaurant team was an amazing host. Very attentive, friendly and caring.

The staff were very helpful throught out stay. They helped us with booking all our activities and provided a light meal for breakfast when we were set to leave early and miss the hotel breakfast. They also provided a cake for my partner on his birthday. The room was big, clean, quiet and comfortable. The jaccuzi was excellent.

Gorgeous hotel with a lovely room - comfortable bed, and a jacuzzi! Lovely staff who helped us book a hot air balloon ride for a good price, and horse riding. Great location just a few mins walk from the centre of Goreme, would definitely recommend staying here - and you can see the balloons in the morning flying right over your heads!

Room was very spacious and comfy. Bathtub in the room with jacuzzi made our evenings :) Good breakfast yet not much home made food which is delicious in Turkey. Very convenient location. Close to everythung and not in the very downtown so not that noisy. Good choice

Great location Excellent staff and support Melisa was amazing, we had an issue with our booking.com return taxi and Melisa handled it like a pro and got us a luxury van in 15 mins Room was great. If you need cleaning you have to request it specifically and if there’s anything else just ask them.
