Location is the best, and that's why it is expensive. Staff are responsive and attentive, especially the cleaning staff. We ate at the restaurant once the food was very good and the waitress was great.

Excellent location for central London, theatres, Chinatown, Regent Street shopping and several tube stations. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierges. Good breakfast options. Comfortable beds.
