The staff at the reception were all great, esoecially Mrs Fatima who always went the extra mile. The restaurant manager (Mr Behnam) was professional, polite and attentative.

I just want to thank the entire crew of Ramada by Wyndham Alibeykoy for their hospitality and service. We were admitted to the hotel very fast and thanks to the front desk employee on nightshift from September 2 to September 3, he has also upgraded our rooms to deluxe suits and in order for us to rest well, our rooms were located on the back side which was quite and with balcony. To be honest, I was only expected to have Metro Station by the hotel, but there is also a tram station and a bus station of a lot of bus directions which can take you to almost any destination in Istanbul. If you want to see the beauty of Istanbul, I would suggest using Tram, because the route goes by the sea side, parks and children playground and to the tourist destination such as Eyupsultan Teleferik, Balat (colored houses), Eminonu (final station) where you can taste Ekmek balik, simit and take tours on Bosphorus, Uskudar / Kadikoy (Asian side of Istanbul) Adalar (4 islands), cross the bridge and visit Galata tower and Galata port by the sea or take another tram towards "Bagcicilar" to visit Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmed Mosque (Blue mosque) Laleli wholesale bazaar in case if you are interested and best exchange rate of USD to TL you can find there in Laleli. So if you want to stay in Istanbul and see more places, see how locals live as well, I would recommend to stay in Ramada by Wyndham Alibeykoy. There are also local shops such as "Kulaksizlar" where you can purchase local fruits such as figs, strawberries, water-melon, peaches, grapes which were really sweet and tasty. That's what we were doing in the evenings when we got back to hotel. You can also purchase simit or any other pastry there since they cook them fresh in the store. There is also "BIM" supermarket for groceries and if you are found of baklava, you can visit " Ottoman Bazaar" sweets shop.

Basically I liked indeed everything. Personal who work there is extremely nice and sweet and very very helpful. Especially i would like to thank Fatima and Tarik. They are very polite, always ready to help. The breakfast is great. I also got a fruit plate as a welcome gift, which was so sweet and delicious. Location is indeed convenient, because there is a Metro M7, right accross the street, also a bus stop with so many buses coming every two minutes so you do not need to wait at al. Also there is a tram stop for T5, which can easily bring you to the historical city center. So indeed I highly recommend this hotel! it is with top quality and reasonable price!

The service was amazing - especially from Fatima, Can, Tarik and Emin. They made our stay so much better and comfortable.

Hotel was fantastic, the moment I arrived the Valet parked my car, and Mert checked me in at. Reception. Everyone spoke great English which is good for me and I was given my room key quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and fabulous. Bed was super comfy and it had nice working aircon which is always a must. Two bottles of cold water waited for me in the fridge. I ordered Pizza and cold drinks for late dinner as room service is 24hr. Large bottle of cold water only $1.50 so they are not ripping you off on prices. I was very kindly given a late check out of 14;00 by Fatima , it was deep on availability, but she was so kind to sort this for me allowing me to work till my friends arrived. I was then checked out this afternoon by Emir, as all was paid in advance with booking.com it was

We truly enjoyed our stay! Emir was amazing — so polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Beytullah, the bellboy, was also wonderful and gave us great support with a big smile. Thanks to both of them for making our experience so special.

As this was my 15th visit to Istanbul and first stay at Ramada. The cultural experience at Ramada by wyndham at Alibeykoy left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Perfect use of money and I assure U ll never regret....

The room was pristine and beautiful, with very comfortable beds and many amenities provided in the bathroom such as a bathrobe, plenty of towels, shower gels, shampoo, shaving kit, and more. A steam iron and a board was also provided. The breakfast was also nice with many options. There is also a nice gym and sauna. The lobby staff Mr. Tarik and Mr. Taha were very friendly and helpful, and they made our check-in and check-out experiences smooth and hassle-free.

The service was excellent. Staff was accommodating. Our attendant Can was very helpful and assisted us in arranging airport and luggage transfers at the best possible rates. Our short stay was memorable and I highly recommend this hotel to guests if you're looking for a good experience at a decent price.
