The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location. The apartment was nice and clean but only one of the rooms had a window. The hotel also smells amazing.

Lovely room complete with mini kitchen.

The location is very central. At walking distance of a lot of hot spots.

Sam 8.0

We didn’t actually stay here as we were moved to the sister hotel just up the road. Almost identical and all good.

The hotel was very clean, which I really appreciated. The location was also good — about 15 minutes from the Underground.

I booked al long time a head of our booking, my friend who travelled with us and booked later got a more supreriour room, it was alot bigger than ours but the same price a few doors down. Was it because she booked direct.?

The location was great. Bermondsey Street is vibrant and full of great restaurants, shops and galleries. It is also very close to the river Thames.

The highlights: the breakfast was good, plenty of choice and a great way to start the day. The staff were genuinely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which was very cool. 10 out of 10
