Royal Garden Hotel

The room was excellent with the view of Hyde Park. Restaurants and the staff were accommodating and friendly to the children. And the location is fabulous.

Nice room - not much traffic noise, reasonable size, very comfortable large bed.

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming after a long flight. Upgraded to a great deluxe room which was huge. Had a pizza in the bar. Good atmosphere

Clean ,comfortable and good location

Great location

The property is clean and well maintained. It’s more of a business hotel. The staff are really helpful and amazing. Probably would come back depending if only staying for a night or two.

The location and staff. Could possibly improve the exclusivity a bit. It is an expensive hotel and may rely too heavy on location

The staff were always willing to help and make accommodations, like reprogramming my keys at least once a day. Sometimes 3.

As with all hotels it is the staff. They were so wonderful and accommodating. I was exhausted and this was just the place to spend two weeks. Thank you

Staff were great. Room was good. The sumo wrestlers were there.

Location is excellent for all of sites Very well maintained Clean and all of the staff very professional in all aspects a very good hotel

Location and ease of access in a car (ie a drive way- not battling to pull up in a busy street). Garden views are delightful.

The location is great, close from many attractions.

Attentive staff, clean property, centrally located and the rooms and views are spectacular.

Excellent location. Amazing entertainment in the piano bar. Staff so friendly and helpful.

We had an unexpected upgrade, which made my husband’s birthday even more special. The room was really exceptional, with the most stunning view of Kensington Gardens. Having stayed in quiet a few top end hotels in London, this room was the largest by far. Being able to park underneath the hotel was really useful too. Really good value for money. Location was amazing for central London.
